Author Topic: Absolute Power Read times. Chapter 10 The company limousine dropped us at a private airport south of the city at about one thirty that afternoon. A company representative had taken care of all immigration formalities and so we drove straight to the Gulfstream waiting in the company hanger.
It was a stunning craft, perfectly proportioned and accentuated with a dark blue strip down the side, upturned wing tips and a jet on each side of the tail, which bore the company logo. Its sleek lines were mirrored in the strikingly beautiful stewardess standing patiently at the foot of the aircraft stairs.
A perky navy-blue side cap with gold piping perched jauntily on her glossy slicked-back dark hair, tied into a bun behind her head. Round her neck she had an informally tied golden silk scarf. She wore an extremely short and low-cut navy-blue dress with eight gold buttons in two blazer style rows and gold piping on her short sleeves.
Her long sleek legs ended in four-inch open-toed black pumps with ankle straps holding them in place. Welcome, gentlemen. My name is Anna. My sister Bella - who is preparing the cabin - and I will provide for your every need during the flight.
Obviously, she had previous experience with my erstwhile colleague, or at least his reputation preceded him. Close up, I realised her flawless skin was impeccably made up with ruby lipstick on pouting lips and Egyptian style eyeliner.
