Rhapsody's is very popular and always busy. Food is good, especially the chicken or beef espatadas. Starters and main courses are all reasonable but don't try the desert - nowhere near the pictures on the menu. Only negative is the number of hookers who don't leave you alone if you are male. They management often try to bring in entertainment which normally doesn't work, but can't fault them for trying. The worst was probably the opera singers!
Not being the frequent traveler to Lusaka, I did not expect to find a place the Rhapsody's. This upmarket place is a good meeting place and combines a leisurely, atmosphere with good food. One tends to want to linger longer. Just not worth it to go there! To much ladiews of the night hanging out there no place for a family to come and sit and have a nice dinner. This restaurant has a broad and somewhat random variety of food, but everyone in our party was very happy with what they ordered and the food was very good.
It has a good ambience and is fine for both personal or business travellers. Rhapsody's is very trendy, and definitely the place to see and be seen especially at night. The food also leans toward the trendy and while it often sounds good, I have yet to really enjoy any meal there. I now skip Rhapsody's in favor of a quality meal. Own or manage this property?
