Amazing view, comfortable beds, drainage smells from leak inside the room, no remote control provided for the rooms AC even after 2 days, only 1 dry towel provided, you can hear the elevator motor often. Enjoyed staying here on a very short trip. The views and location was a plus. The many restaurants and bars in front of the condo was very convenient. Will definitely Come back. Our host was very attentive before, during, and after our stay. We were given very detailed, easy-to-follow instructions on how to access the apartment.
The place was large, clean, and comfortable. Great view of Monterrey from the window! Will be coming back again sometime! The apartment is awesome. Breath taking views, great amenities, everything you need is downstairs from oxxo to bank and restaurants. Great location and very safe. Totally recommend it. Our stay was really good. The place is clean and nice. The pool is nice and the view is beautiful. Bring a pillow, towel and something to tie the curtains back if you like having a view or natural light.
Other than that the place is centrally located and clean. All in all, id say It's a good value. Another good stay at Ramon's apartment. While the room has all the facilities that are required, the location and services outside the building are excellent too. Very nice and comfortable place. It has everything you need for your stay. Excellent location, easy access to downtown, many restaurants. Gustavo is a super host. Answers almost immediately. Gus' place is exactly as described, we loved how clean it was and it had everything we needed.
Location was centrally located, you can easily get anywhere. He was so attentive and responded in a quick manner. The building is pretty safe, you can't get through unless you go through the guards at the front desk. Gustavo is a very attentive host and really does his best to make sure you are comfortable and have what you need.
There are so many thoughtful touches in the apartment, all the things you need when travelling. We were back in Monterrey visiting old friends, so it was great to have access to the rooftop for a gathering - Gustavo arranged that with the administrators of the building and everything was super easy.
