There have been some pretty good reviews of girls from rossy on here, but none of these so called elite girls. You need to ask why. Review the blog on mongering in Hungary, it will help you understand what is going on. Also, before you advance money to anyone, check thoroughly to make sure you aren't basing that investment on guys with very low post count with zero reviews. Ask for referrals on at least 5 senior mongers that actively post.
