We operate a telephone helpline 7 days a week. Please call us. We will offer patients who meet certain criteria either a face to face appointment in clinic, or a telephone call from a clinician. Please do not attend our clinics unless you have spoken to a member of staff on the phone first, and they have confirmed that you have an appointment.
Our service is open 7 days a week. This line will be answered daily from 8. We get a very high volume of calls, especially in the morning. We ask that you please be patient, and stay on the line when you call.
The phone will keep ringing, and this means you are in the queue. The phone line should be less busy in the afternoon or evening.
