Login to bookmark this Job Overview Burnley FC in the Community has established a partnership with the Lanao Football Group based in Tongliao, Inner Mongolia the Northernmost region of China to support the City of Tongliao with a wide range of grassroots and community club-based football development programmes.
The role of Football Development Coach will take a lead in supporting the development of grassroots football in Tongliao, Inner Mongolia, raising coaching standards and positively promote the brand of Burnley FC in the Community in China.
Current passport and the ability to travel and work overseas. Experience of delivering coach education to grassroots coaches would be desirable. Ability to monitor, evaluate and assess project performance. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as a member of a team.
Excellent communication and organisation skills. A minimum of 3 years coaching experience either in the UK or overseas. Experience of delivering adult coach education programmes.
Experience of delivering football-based provision overseas. All associated accommodation costs. One return flight to the UK per year plus flights in and out of China at the start and end of the contract.
