Naturally, Ama was a suspect in the death of the three people and she was invited for questioning by the police. But what is now…. And the force no longer seem interested in pursuing the case which had caused residents of Tudun Baushe in Mararaba, Nasarawa State wondering what could have happened at the studio that led to the death of the three people.
Mrs Dajan, mother of late Goodness, said about 10pm on Saturday, September 18, , Ama invited Goodness out to a place where the latter was found dead the following day along with two men.
The aggrieved mother claimed the police have withheld all information relating to the death of her daughter neither has any person been persecuted. This has made her suspect they might be trying to sweep the case under the carpet. Go and look at the road leading to Kabayi and write about it. Dajan said on the night of Saturday, September 18 when her daughter got back home after assisting her in the spot where she fries yams and akara for sale, the said friend, Ama, came into the house obscenely dressed and asked her daughter to escort her to a place.
She said she remembered scolding Ama for her outrageous outfit, querying whether her parents saw her leave the house in those clothes.
I waited for long and never saw them. The last time I saw her was the night I gave her money for drugs. When the police reported to me that they found her dead, they did not allow me to see her corpse before taking her to Keffi where she was left decaying on the ground with the two others.
